Our lineup of CBN radius end mills has been enhanced with the addition of products with 5 or 6 blades to products with 3 or 4 blades. Despite the increased number of blades, these tools ensure the same high precision and long life-span as 2-blade ones. Products with a medium diameter of φ4.0 to φ6.0 are also included in the lineup. These tools contribute significantly to reducing man-hours because, despite the higher feed rate, the wear volume of the tools is equivalent to that of 2-blade products. Please specify the blade diameter, corner radius, effective length, and number of blades. We are able to customize the products to your needs.
