VG-Cut VGD Inserts for Deep Grooving, Parting Off & Face Grooving
The simple to use and versatile monoblock tools are available in a variety of pocket widths from 2.0mm to 6.0mm for a complete range of Grooving, Parting Off, Turning, as well as for threading between shoulders.
Reinforced monoblock tools, specially designed for parting and grooving are also available in 2.0mm and 3.0mm pocket widths.
Tools are available in right hand and left hand.
Inch tools are also available.
Double sided blades are available for deep grooving and parting off applications in pocket width range of 2.0mm to 6.0mm.
Right hand and left hand reinforced blades are available in pocket widths of 2.0mm and 3.0mm.
Modules and modular bodies for parting off, grooving, turning, profiling and undercut applications.
Modular bodies are available in parallel, 90°, and 45° for a variety of applications.
Tools are available in right hand and left hand.
Inch tools are also available.
A new addition to the VG-Cut line – modular holders with high pressure coolant thru for a complete range of turning applications, including Deep Grooving, Parting Off, Turning, and Face Grooving & Turning.
Radial modules are available in pocket widths of 2.0mm to 6.0mm.
Modular bodies, with unique clamping support, are available in parallel and 90°.
Modules and modular bodies are available in right hand and left hand.
