VG-Cut VGD Inserts for Deep Grooving, Parting Off & Face Grooving
The most versatile inserts offered, VGD (double sided) inserts are available in pocket sizes (width) 2.0 – 6.0mm, in right hand, left hand, and neutral.
VG-Cut VGS Inserts for Deep Grooving, Parting Off & Face Grooving
The VGS (single sided) inserts are available in pocket sizes (width) 2.0 – 4.0mm, in right hand, left hand, and neutral.
VG-Cut GT Inserts for Turning & Face Turning
The GT insert is a positive rake chip former with multifunctional chip control and low cutting forces during cutting, ideal for any turning operation.
The GT double sided insert is available in pocket sizes (width) 2.0 – 6.0mm.
VG-Cut GR Inserts for Profiling, Undercut & Face Turning
The GR insert has a round shape geometric design for profiling. It is a positive rake chip former with multifunctional control for undercut and face turning.
The GR double sided insert is available in pocket sizes (width) 2.0 – 6.0mm.
VG-Cut RS/LS Inserts for Threading
The Threading inserts have a varied range of threading standards for machining between shoulders and close to spindle in up to shoulder depth of 10.0mm.
The double sided insert is 3.00mm wide and is available in VPG grade.
Current threading standards available are ISO Metric, American UN, NPT & Whitworth.
60° and 55° external profiles.
